Impertio Services creates communication solutions for your business
needs. Our niche is telephony, specifically creating solutions for the
Avaya IP Office PBX. It is a phone system for small to medium sized
businesses and has been in production since 2001. Some of the
applications and information you find here focuses specifically on this
platform. Other tools are for more general use.
You will find our tutorials section particularly useful and can be a great
value add for your customers. Tutorials can also be customized with your
business logo, contact information and artwork.

We are proud to announce the introduction of a free tool for gathering and
viewing call data from the Avaya IP Office. The SMDR Log Viewer is a
combination of Windows services and programs that allow you to see
what and who is calling in and out of your business. SMDR stands for
Station Message Detail Reporting. This information contains, caller id, call
duration, hold duration, ringing time, number called (DDI) for each call
into your system. Are there other tools that do this? Yes... but our tool can
take its input from multiple IP Office systems. In other words, if you have
two, three or more networked Avaya IP Office phone systems, the
Impertio SMDR Logger can talk to them ALL! So... how much do we want
for such a tool? It’s FREE, yep - and it will stay that way. Check out the
documentation from downloads page and you will see how easy it is to
set up. In a couple of months, Impertio Services will be releasing a front
end reporting tool for the call logging services. We will have meaningful
reports so you can compile all this call data into information that will help
you make better decisions about your organization. Call Reporting/Call
Accounting software can be pricey - we’re releasing our commercial
standard version at such a great price, almost anyone can get it.
